Discrimination and Systemic Racism Awareness Training for Allies*
Around the world, discrimination takes many forms which impact the ability of people who are oppressed to learn, live, and work.
Recognizing the ways in which systemic racism and white supremacy impact our lives and building more equitable systems are some of the ways in which we can create a better world for us all. Part of the lifelong journey of allyship is "doing the work" by approaching our learning about anti-racism with open minds, using resources created by experts in both academia and lived experiences.
This workshop provides a judgement-free space to ask questions and deconstruct preconceived notions about begining antiracism work.
I will also help you create an action plan to build a welcoming environment for all in your classroom or workplace.
This workshop is specifically designed for allies, and is best suited for those who are just beginning their antiracism work.
